1. 我们收集的信息
1.1 您主动提供的信息
- 注册信息：当您创建账户时，我们收集您的邮箱地址、昵称和密码（经哈希加密存储）。
- 个人资料：您可以选择上传头像图片。
- 反馈与建议：您通过意见反馈功能提交的内容、联系方式和分类信息。
- 创意投稿：您提交的创意标题和描述。
1.2 通过第三方账号登录
Apple 登录：如果您使用"通过 Apple 登录"，我们会收到 Apple 提供的用户标识符（经哈希处理的匿名 ID），以及您选择共享的昵称和邮箱地址。
微信登录：如果您使用微信登录，我们会收到微信提供的微信 OpenID、昵称和头像（取决于您的授权范围）。
Google 登录：如果您使用 Google 登录，我们会收到 Google 提供的用户标识符、邮箱地址和昵称。
1.3 自动收集的信息
- 设备信息：设备型号（iOS/Android）、操作系统版本、App 版本号、设备名称。
- 登录记录：您登录过的设备列表及最后登录时间。
- 推送令牌：推送平台（Apple Push Notification / Firebase Cloud Messaging）分配的设备令牌，用于向您发送推送通知。
- Android 设备标识符（仅 Android 端）：在您同意本隐私政策后，我们通过极光推送（JPush）SDK 读取 Android ID（由系统生成的设备唯一标识符），用于推送通知的设备注册与消息投递，不作其他用途。
1.4 位置信息
当您授予位置权限后，我们会收集您的精确位置（经纬度）以及城市和区县信息，用于在地图上显示您的位置和关联设备的记录位置。您可以在系统设置中关闭位置权限，关闭后地图功能将无法使用您的位置。
1.5 BLE 设备信息
当您通过蓝牙连接智能灯光设备时，我们读取并存储以下信息：
- 设备序列号、型号、固件版本、LED 数量
- 设备能力信息（如陀螺仪支持）
- 实时的灯光模式、速度、亮度、颜色等状态参数
- 您配置的灯光模式、参数、收藏列表等
上述信息中，序列号、型号、配置参数会上传到我们的服务器以支持多设备同步和云备份。
1.6 音乐文件
您可以下载音乐文件到本地存储，用于音乐律动灯光功能。这些文件仅存储在您的设备本地，不会上传到我们的服务器。
1.7 麦克风音频
当您使用音乐律动灯光功能时，需要授予麦克风权限。音频数据仅在设备内存中实时处理，用于分析音乐节拍，不会被记录或上传。

我们不会使用任何分析、崩溃统计或广告 SDK。本 App 不包含任何第三方追踪器或广告服务。
4. 信息的存储和保护
- 存储位置：您的个人信息存储在我们的服务器（位于中国大陆）以及您的设备本地。
- 存储期限：我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留您的信息，除非法律另有要求。当您注销账户后，我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息。
- 安全措施：我们采用符合行业标准的安全措施保护您的信息，包括传输加密（HTTPS）、本地数据加密（Keychain）和访问控制。
5. 您的权利
- 查阅权：您可以随时在 App 内查看您的个人资料。

- 退出登录：退出登录后，您设备上的用户数据将被清除，但服务器上的数据将在账户注销时删除。
6. 儿童隐私
本 App 面向一般用户，不面向 14 周岁以下的儿童。如果我们发现无意中收集了 14 岁以下儿童的个人信息，我们将立即删除。如果您认为我们可能持有此类信息，请立即联系我们。
7. 隐私政策的更新

Welcome to Hiku (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Registration: When you create an account, we collect your email address, nickname, and password (stored hashed).
- Profile: You may optionally upload an avatar image.
- Feedback: Content, contact information, and category you submit through the feedback feature.
- Ideas: Titles and descriptions you submit through the ideas board.
1.2 Third-Party Login
Apple Sign-In: If you use "Sign in with Apple", we receive Apple's user identifier (an anonymized hashed ID), and optionally your name and email if you choose to share them.
WeChat Login: If you use WeChat login, we receive your WeChat OpenID, nickname, and avatar (depending on your authorization scope).
Google Login: If you use Google login, we receive your Google user identifier, email address, and nickname.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information: Device model (iOS/Android), OS version, App version, device name.
- Login records: List of devices you have logged in with and last login time.
- Push token: Device token from push notification service (Apple Push Notification / Firebase Cloud Messaging) for sending push notifications.
- Android device identifier (Android only): After you agree to this Privacy Policy, we read the Android ID (a device-unique identifier generated by the system) via the JPush SDK, solely for push notification device registration and message delivery.
1.4 Location Information
When you grant location permission, we collect your precise location (latitude/longitude) and city/district information to display your position on the map and associate locations with your devices. You can disable location permission in system settings.
1.5 BLE Device Information
When you connect to a smart lighting device via Bluetooth, we read and store:
- Device serial number, model, firmware version, LED count
- Device capabilities (e.g., gyroscope support)
- Real-time light mode, speed, brightness, color parameters
- Your configured light modes, parameters, favorites
Serial numbers, models, and configuration parameters are uploaded to our server for multi-device sync and cloud backup.
1.6 Music Files
You may download music files to local storage for music-reactive lighting. These files remain on your device and are not uploaded to our server.
1.7 Microphone Audio
When using music-reactive lighting features, microphone access is required. Audio data is processed in real-time in device memory for beat analysis and is neither recorded nor uploaded.

We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. The App contains no third-party trackers or ad services.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Storage location: Your data is stored on our servers (located in Mainland China) and locally on your device.
- Retention period: We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period.
- Security measures: We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Keychain storage, and access controls.
5. Your Rights
- Access: View your profile within the App at any time.
- Correction: Modify your nickname and avatar in "Edit Profile".
- Deletion: Request account deletion via the "Delete Account" feature in Settings, or refer to our Account Deletion Policy.
- Withdraw consent: Disable location, Bluetooth, microphone, or camera permissions in system settings.
- Log out: Logging out clears local user data; server data will be removed upon account deletion.
6. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice.
